Lounge/Kitchen/Diner – the kitchen area is fitted with full-sized cooker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster, along with a range of crockery, cutlery and pans.
To facilitate an enjoyable stay, there is a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs as well as a TV (with freeview & DVD player) and mini-hi-fi system.
The double bedroom features an en-suite shower room. The bedroom is furnished with a small wardrobe and a cupboard with shelving for folding clothes. There is a radio-alarm clock and reading lights.
A bookcase contains many local guide books for our guests to use during their stay as well as an ordnance survey map of the surrounding area. Under-bed storage contains games and ironing equipment.
The apartment is accessed via a small dedicated garden area. It is fenced in so your dog will be perfectly safe. There is a metal staircase leading to the front door. In the garden, there is a table and chairs, along with a small barbecue for our guests’ use.
You are welcome to use our facilities for watching the local wildlife and we have regularly seen stoats, weasels, birds of prey, rare song birds and butterflies while observing from inside the apartment! We have several species of reptile and badgers in our field too.
